Big Bowls Project is a 100% Muslim-owned stall that sells Hawaiian-inspired poke bowls.

Their mentaiko salmon bowl ($9.50) is a fan favourite and highly recommended by the owners. The dish consists of 

  • mentaiko salmon, 
  • jasmine brown rice, 
  • an onsen egg, 
  • cherry tomatoes and 
  • japanese cucumbers. 

You can also swap out your brown rice for baby spinach salad for an additional $0.50. Extra sides such as avocado and roasted edamame are also available to choose from.
